I absolutely cannot recommend this Frigidaire French door cooler model FPHB2899LF3 unless they recognize what they know and remember about all units with icebreaker problems.
So far we have had 9 service visits at the age of 11 months, and it still does not make ice Frigidaire counts this as only two visits to , because there are only two rooms installed, but not equal.
If they repair it, and it looks like their new model, the serial number should end with 4 instead of 1, it’s a fantastic unit. Nevertheless I (like many others) am working on a disappointing play !*******@.
It’s a big old company that has to admit that it made a mistake, as we all did, and that it needs to remember if it needs to do anything to take care of its regular customers before we all go to another company.
Does anyone know if there’s a case against Frigider for this? I’d love to hear it, and I’m sure there are more than a handful of other interested parties.
